My Valentines Day

On the 14th Feb 2009 my sister(Tallan) and i went to ALiYaa Island Restaurant for a fashion show.. V modeled for my cousin's(Rachel), we wore wedding gowns and were promoting hand made crystal watches.. Actually i wasn't suppose to model bcuz it was until 3 am and my dad is paranoid.. So i told my sis tat if she needs company then i'll accompany her and my cousin talked to my mum and pesturing her to allow me to go.. So mum talked to dad and dad finally said yes.. So i went there thinking that i was only accompanying my sis then one of the models couldn't fit into the dress so Rachel brought another black wedding gown and gave me the white fish tail dress.. I hv to admit the dress i wore was REALLY REALLY nice but sadly i wasn't allowed to keep it.. So i was the last model to get the make up done(the make up was too much!! i felt lyk someone put mud on my face.. i looked lyk a ghost), my hair was something lyk Queen Padmé Amidala frm Star Wars and my dress was PREEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTY..I was the youngest model there but no one knew.. My aunt and uncle were present on tht day.. My aunt said tht i was the most beautiful model( yeah ryt wif all the make up i couldnt even recognise myself.. when i looked into a mirror i thought i was looking at a ghost.. it was that bad.. my face felt lyk it was abused) It was so busy tht i din hv much tym to actually camwhore(=P).. So all i could do was take pics frm ppl who took pics.. B4 the fashion show started all the models were asked to gather at the runway to identity all the photographers (there were so many!!!) reporters were there as well.. It was all together exciting and nervous.. But while catwalk-ing i din feel nervous or scared at all.. It was lyk i hv been modeling for years..
Actually only 2 dresses were up for auctioning.. But someone requested that they wanted my dress on auction.. All the more exciting since it was valentines day all the guys were doing the auctioning for their girlfriends.. Only 3 dresses were auctioned.. I manage to find a pic tht i took wif the couple who bought my dress..And if you look closely u'll see my sister behind us.. ^^
